Cancellation Policy:

We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel an appointment. There is no fee as long as cancelation is before 24 hours of the service. It does end up effecting Scrape when it's within 24 hours of the treatment since it's hard to get that space filled in that short time frame. If there is a cancelation within 24 hours of service I will charge the card on file half of the service amount. No-shows are charged for full price of appointment.
