Tressa Hoffman, LMT

Hi, I’m Tressa! In 2009 I graduated from East West School of Massage here in Portland and practicing locally since.

Scrape was founded seven years ago with the goal to bring a customized combination of Gua Sha and massage to help alleviate pain/imbalance specifically through the fascial layer in the body that holds adhesions and scar tissue. When we can break down these stagnant adhesions and scar tissue in our bodies we can increase the connectivity within our bodies.

Outside of Scrape I really enjoy cooking healthy meals, surfing, skiing and spending time with friends and family.
