Tressa Hoffman, LMT

Hi, I’m Tressa! In 2009 I graduated from East West School of Massage here in Portland and practicing locally since.

Scrape was founded five years ago with the goal to bring a customized combination of Gua Sha and massage to help alleviate pain/imbalance specifically through the fascial layer in the body that holds adhesions and scar tissue. When we can break down these stagnant adhesions and scar tissue in our bodies we can increase the connectivity within our bodies.

Outside of Scrape I really enjoy cooking healthy meals, surfing, skiing and spending time with friends and family.

Teagan Aborn-duffy, LMT

Hi, I’m Teagan! I was born and raised here in Portland, and I love all things self-care. My adoration for the world of spa and wellness began when I attended the Aveda Institute Portland for cosmetology, and became licensed in esthetics. After working as an esthetician for the past four years, I decided to pursue a massage therapy license through Carrington College. My approach to massage combines intuitive touch with a focus on achieving your goals, whether that be pain relief, addressing stress and tension, relaxation, or all of the above! I believe massage is an incredible way to tune into your body and connect with yourself, and is one of the many wonderful ways in which you can practice self-care.

I look forward to meeting you!
