Tressa has been practicing massage therapy for 10 years and specializing in Gua Sha for 7 years. She loves sharing the healing benefits of this ancient technique.

WHat is Gua sha?

Gua sha is a healing technique of east asian medicine. This technique is applied to the skin surface using a flat edge tool that is done in a scraping motion to the skin with lubrication. Gua sha works well for muscle pain, stiffness, limited range of motion, scar tissue, soft tissue adhesions and more.
